This video is made by British Soliders in Iraq, in the film they are mocking MTV cribs. Cribs is a popular show that allows famous actors/actresses and singers to show off their audacious homes and expensive cars. The fact that the soldiers are mocking this TV show with their dusty tents and tanks is making fun of what the civilians value and admire.
